Returns & Refunds
You can cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide any specific reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of your delivered Happy Casa goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement process.
Return Conditions:
For your items to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were bought in the last 30 days
They remain in original packaging
The following cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specific requirements or clearly personalized.
Goods which by nature are unsuitable for return, such as perishable items.
Unsealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods post-delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items to us. Please send all returned goods to:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. We recommend an insured and trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be emailed once we receive the returned product.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser.
